There have been so many times when that little voice in my head almost stopped me in my tracks
There have been so many times when that little voice in my head almost stopped me in my tracks.
You know the one... the one that whispers, "Who are you to do this?"
Yesterday I got a text from a friend, it said I am so inspired by what you have achieved.
….and it made me pause and take it in,
So often we are our toughest critic
Holding ourselves to some impossible standards
When we actually take that moment, to pause
To connect
To have some space
That we see just how inspiring we all actually are.
This year, it’s been a ride.
We completed taking a house from something that would be pulled down to a stunning home
We ran kids in different directions to sometimes 12 training different sessions in a week
We helped with school homework projects
Worked with some incredible clients
…and I also got my first client award (so humbled)
But here’s what I’ve learned about this life we’ve chosen...
The messy moments?
The ones where it feels like the weight of the world is on your shoulders?
That’s where the magic happens.
It’s in those moments you discover who you really are.
For me, this year was a masterclass in resilience.
When you take bold risks, you’ll fall. That’s the cost of dreaming big.
But every time you get back up, you’re stronger.
You’re sharper.
And you’re unstoppable.
So, if you’re closing out this year feeling like you didn’t do enough….
…like there’s still more to achieve, like you want to fit a year’s worth of work into the rest of December…
…like there is more to fix, more to be, let me remind you:
You’re already more than enough.
Instead, take a moment
To pause
To reflect
To connect
…and to allow yourself to see your brilliance because this year you have inspired someone, you have helped someone on their journey and you have done it because you were bold enough to go first.
Here’s to everything you’ve built, and everything you’re about to become.
