Paula’s absolute passion is to help smart driven women understand the language of money and achieve business success for lifestyle and wealth.
Paula spent 18 years working in Government and on large scale million to billion dollar infrastructure projects in business advisory roles to senior leaders and CEOs, Government Officials and Parliament before founding her own company to help women entrepreneurs to understand the language of money, grow wealth and become successful CEOs.
A Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) , she climbed the corporate ladder fast in leadership, business management and business advisory, mastering the skills needed to run successful large scale operations.
Passionate about women in leadership, Paula paved the way for other women to be awarded the same opportunities as she had made for herself.
Paula’s very first entrepreneurial experience was through launching an online t-shirt company whilst in corporate, where she landed her t-shirts on the top 10 pages of amazon, that was the moment she realized just how much she loved entrepreneurship.
Just when she thought she would jump all in on her Business she had a marriage breakdown and lost it all.
Paula, not one to give in, instead created her now thriving coaching businesses, and used this as her vehicle to leave the corporate world to create an impact on a larger scale.
A Certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner coach and hypnotherapist, Paula specialized in business coaching, advisory, understanding the language of money, and growing wealth.
Paula has trained hundreds of women to understand their money and create a business that brings them both lifestyle and wealth.
She is here to make a difference and remind others of their infinite potential.
