I used to be all about investing in the next system, the next process, or learning the next technical skill.

I didn't always understand the importance of investing in myself as a leader.

I used to think that more technical skills would be the key to getting ahead.

But then, about 15 years ago, I had a game-changing 'aha' moment when a mentor suggested something different.

They encouraged me to invest in myself in softer skills—my leadership, coaching, emotional intelligence.

Yes, you heard that right! I realised they were right.

Before, I wasn't truly prioritizing myself as a leader; I was just focused on learning the next skill set.

Once I started investing in my growth, learning, and self-belief, everything shifted!

🔑 In fact, I had no idea just how much it was going to shift, but within just 8 weeks of that moment, it was like my whole approach was hardly recognisable.

Investing in yourself is like unlocking a hidden treasure chest of possibilities.

It's about recognising your worth and taking intentional steps to elevate it further!

For me, it was like I found the key to shut off all the external noise and focused on being the leader in my space.

Whether you're diving into new knowledge, refining your skills, or simply dreaming bigger, it all stems from a deep belief in your potential and investing in YOU!.

This weekend, I'm fortunate enough to be co-hosting with Simone Travers, who, as a Dr. Joe Dispenza trainer, is facilitating a leadership training experience.

I've attended many leadership trainings and had some pretty profound results, but nothing has been as amazing as this training that Simone facilitates.
